Here’s our Signature dish – Sliced beef Sichuan style in hot & spicy broth 水煮牛肉 Translating literally to “water-cooked beef”, it’s beef slices gently poached in a broth infused with dried chillies, Sichuan peppercorns and chilli bean sauce. It’s a tingly, vermilion deep flavour, loaded with slivered vegetables likebeansprouts and cabbage. The flavours are moreish, addictive and full of heat. This dish will clear your sinuses and get rid of any colds. A must try!
