We love cooking our dishes in the woks because that’s the only way we can utilise the secret ingredient in the Chinese restaurant – the breath of the wok! If you watch us cooking, we use very little oil so the wok will get so hot, that it’ll smoke and also lightly grill the tops of the stir fries giving it a very unique flavour.
